Adventure Activities & Safari:
- 25% Cancellation fee mandatory for cancellations/postponement of total invoice value
- 50% Cancellation fee of total invoice value if cancellation request raised 10 days prior to date of event
- 75% Cancellation fee of total invoice value if cancellation request raised 5 days prior to date of event
- 100% Cancellation fee of total invoice value if cancellation request raised less than 5 days prior to date of event
Accommodation:
Cancellation policies,
including any required notice period, may vary based on the rate, dates, property policies, and other factors. The cancellation policy for your reservation will be provided upon booking.
As a general policy, cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation charge to the card on file.
- 100% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date.
- 50% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date.
- 25% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date.
- 15% Cancellation Charges, If cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-In date.
Date amendment charges are applicable as per the cancellation Policy above
Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, refund will be processed within 15 days from receipt of the cancellation request with bank details.
Transaction charges and bank/payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
Payment Terms and Methods
You are liable for all charges from your stay including room, food and beverage, taxes, fees and any damages or losses incurred by you or your guests. All charges must be paid in full upon check-out.
If you check out without full payment, you expressly authorise Jalsa Jawai to charge all outstanding amounts to any card on file from your reservation or stay.
Credit/Debit Card Details
Valid credit or debit card details, including card type, number, expiration date and full name, are required to guarantee reservations or prepay for bookings on the Jalsa Jawai Website. Providing your card information authorizes Jalsa Jawai to charge your card for the full amount of reservation charges, on-property purchases, damages/losses incurred during your stay, cancellation fees, or no-shows per Jalsa Jawai policies.
While Jalsa Jawai takes reasonable precautions to protect your card data, Jalsa Jawai is not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, viruses or malicious actions resulting in the disclosure of your card details or related damages. You agree not to hold Jalsa Jawai responsible for any card information leakage beyond its reasonable control. To reiterate, the user/ guest has the sole responsibility in the aforementioned circumstances.
